About the keynoters

The Rev. Dr. Reggie McNeal enjoys helping people, leaders and Christian organizations pursue more intentional lives. He serves as the missional leadership specialist for Leadership Network of Dallas. His past experience includes more than a decade as a denominational executive and leadership development coach. He also served in local congregational leadership for more than 20 years, including being the founding pastor of a new church.

He has contributed to numerous denominational publications and church leadership journals including Leadership and Net Results. His books include Missional Renaissance, Revolution in Leadership, A Work of Heart: Understanding How God Shapes Spiritual Leaders, The Present Future, Get A Life! and Practicing Greatness.

Frank Logue

The Rev. Frank Logue is the canon to the ordinary for the Diocese of Georgia. Previously, he served as the church planter for King of Peace Episcopal Church in Kingsland, GA. There he founded the church, started a 65-student preschool and moved the church to parish status during his decade of work. Before earning his M.Div. at Virginia Theological Seminary, he worked as a photojournalist for two Georgia newspapers and co-authored seven books with his wife, including The Appalachian Trail Backpacker and the Guide to the Blue Ridge Parkway. He is an experienced retreat leader and has taught on making churches vital to their community at the Plant My Church Conferences. He writes a weekly column on congregation growth and development topics at loosecanon.georgiaepiscopal.org.

Randy Ferebee

COORDINATORS: The Rev. Randy Ferebee and The Rev. Alan Akridge are directors of the Epiphany Institute + Consulting in Hickory, N.C. Developed by a consortium of Episcopal clergy, the institute addresses congregational development issues, not in isolation, but as part of a comprehensive landscape. Ferebee holds a doctorate in congregational development from the University of the South School of Theology. Akridge did postgraduate studies at Wake Forest Divinity School.
